Terms of Service

In these terms: - "Virtual Dome", "we", "our" refers to Virtual Dome SARL, based in Marrakech, Morocco - "Services" refers to all 3D virtual tour, photography, video and related services - "Client" or "you" refers to any individual or legal entity using our services - "Site" refers to the website virtualdome.ma

Virtual Dome offers the following services: - Creation of immersive 3D virtual tours - Professional photography and 360° panoramas - Video production and drone footage - Floor plans and 3D modeling - Scanning and point clouds - Google Street View publishing - Post-production and editing services

- Every project starts with a free quote request - Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance - Orders are confirmed after quote acceptance and deposit payment - A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking - Balance is due upon delivery of final files

- Shooting dates are agreed upon mutually - Client must ensure premises are accessible and ready for capture - Cancellations less than 48 hours before shooting forfeit the deposit - Delivery times are indicative and vary based on project complexity - Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days after shooting

- Virtual Dome retains copyright on all creations - Client receives a non-exclusive license for their commercial use - Virtual Dome reserves the right to use work for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) - If client requires full exclusivity, this must be negotiated separately

- Virtual tours are hosted on our secure servers - Standard hosting is included for 12 months - Beyond that, an annual hosting subscription may be purchased - Client will be notified 30 days before hosting expiration - Source files can be provided upon request (additional fees apply)

**Our responsibilities:** - Provide professional quality services - Meet agreed deadlines where possible - Protect client data and files **Client responsibilities:** - Provide access to premises under agreed conditions - Ensure necessary authorizations for capture are obtained - Pay invoices within specified timeframes

- Our liability is limited to the amount of services ordered - We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages - In case of force majeure, deadlines are suspended without penalty - Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

- We commit to treating all client information and projects confidentially - Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy - We do not share client information with third parties without authorization

- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time - Modifications take effect upon publication on the site - Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms

- These terms are governed by Moroccan law - In case of dispute, parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution - Failing that, Marrakech courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
